*Tile/Slate Replacement:
Replacement is subject to initial roof survey and availability of matching materials. Limits apply per 12-month contract period (12 tiles/slates for Bronze and Silver; 20 tiles/slates for Gold). Additional replacements beyond these limits will be quoted separately at discounted member rates.

Emergency Repair Cover (Gold Package Only):
Covers emergency callouts and repairs up to £500 per contract year. Emergency repairs are defined as urgent issues causing active water ingress or immediate structural risk. Cover does not include pre-existing conditions identified in initial survey or damage caused by negligence.

Contract Terms:
– Minimum 12-month contract applies to all packages
– Monthly payments via direct debit or standing order
– Initial comprehensive roof survey conducted before service contract begins
– If remedial work is identified during initial survey, a no-obligation quotation will be provided
– Contract renews automatically unless 30 days’ notice is given

Property Types:
– Pricing shown is per individual property
– Tenement buildings and flats are billed per individual flat/unit

Cancellation Policy:
– 30 days’ written notice required for cancellation after initial 12-month period
– No refunds for unused visits within the contract year
– Emergency cover (Gold) is non-transferable and resets annually
